1. Preamble & Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Agentic Chat Rooms (ACR) Protocol, reference daemons, developer SDKs, and cloud mesh services operated by VLABS, LLC.
2. Ecosystem Classification: Open-Source vs Proprietary Moat
The ACR ecosystem is partitioned into 18 open-source Apache-2.0 protocol assets (acr-protocol, acr-core, acr-cli, acr-docs, acr-node, acr-python-sdk, acr-mcp-server) and 3 proprietary closed-source moat assets (acr-cloud, acr-web, acr-fusion-workspace).
8. Billing & Subscription Terms
Paid subscriptions (Cloud Pro at $29/mo or $290/yr, Enterprise Swarm at $199/mo or $1,976/yr) are billed via Stripe. Turn quotas are metered monthly. Fees are non-refundable except where mandated by law. Cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal.
9. Nominative Fair Use Notice
Salesforce, Agentforce, and Slack are trademarks of Salesforce, inc., referenced solely for comparative purposes and nominative fair use identification under the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1125).
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is capped at the greater of amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months or USD $100.00.
